The FM700 can be used to mount the AV4-LF700 TV lift to the floor or ceiling i.e. not against a wall or in a cabinet or when the lift is not going to be mounted using the fixing holes in the rear of the TV lift. It holds the TV lift securely in place and allows mounting to a floor or ceiling through the fixing plate.
